ABOUT US

After 7 years developing leaders with a non-profit, Brandon joined a tech company in Johannesburg for 3 years building software products for listed companies. While building these products, Brandon also led a strategy and culture overhaul of the organisation, which was instrumental in the multi-million GBP acquisition by WPP.
Brandon then relocated to Stellenbosch where he joined the leadership of the newly established Stellenbosch University LaunchLab. Over 6 years there, Brandon worked with 200+ teams, and helped 28 startups raise R390m+ in risk capital and grow to more than R300m annual revenue. 
Brandon established Cadence Lyfe after leaving the SU LaunchLab to be able to work with startups and innovation teams more directly.
